Commission Information
Due to working part-time and being a full time student, I will only take on work that I feel I can handle and will enjoy doing. If I turn your character down, please do not take it personally.If you are interested custom work or a premade design, please contact me through my email or social media after reading my terms of service.Kreios Kreations is guarantee to be smoke-free. However, cats do frequent the workspace and I cannot guarantee an allergen free costume. If you are concerned about potential allergens and have questions, feel free to contact me.

Requirements
-I do not work with minors regardless of parental consent. All clients must be at least 18 years of age with a valid government issued ID.-A reference sheet with at least two clear views must be provided unless it is an artistic liberty or premade design.
Both SFW and NSFW reference sheets are accepted. However, sending any reference sheets depicting animal genitalia, including "knots", will result in a permanent blacklist.-Any references provided that are AI-generated, stolen, or traced without permission will not be accepted and will result in your order being declined.Payment
-I only accept payment through Square through invoice only. Payments made without an invoice will be considered a tip and are non-refundable.-I do not accept payment plans, even on large orders, for the safety of the buyer and seller.Shipping
-All shipping costs including customs fees must be covered by the buyer. The item will be insured or its full amount in case the item is lost or damaged during transit.-Shipping will be calculated after the item is finished. Certain items, such as character badges, may ship at a later date if the artist has not finished it by the ship date.-In-person pick up is avaliable within the greater Houston area as well as at conventions that I am attending. If you are local or plan to attend a convention, please let me know.Cancellation Policy
-If I am unable to fulfill your commission for any reason, you will be issued a full refund.- If you cancel your commission for any reason before materials have been ordered or the item has been shipped, you can receive a refund up to 95%, but 5% will be kept to cover lost transaction fees.-If you cancel after materials have been ordered or work has been started, you may request a partial refund, but money that has gone to materials will not be refunded, including the cost of materials, shipping, and taxes, as well as an additional 5% to cover lost transaction fees, will be withheld. Receipts can be provided upon request.-If you cancel your commission on a custom item after work has been started, I am not required to change the design.- You cannot issue any type of refund after your commission has been shipped.- If there are holes or damage to your commission, it can be sent back and fixed with no fee as long as the warranty is still valid. I can also walk you through how to fix minor damages if you choose not to send it back. For major damage caused during transit, a claim can be filed through the post office.Warranty
- Each costume comes with a sixty-day warranty. I recommend checking your costume over immediately for sizing errors or holes.
-The buyer is required to pay shipping both ways.
-Minor errors in design can be fixed, but large edits will not be covered under warranty as I provide multiple work in progress pictures during different stages.Other
-I reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason or to cancel a commission for any reason.
-Please keep in mind that these are handmade works and may have some flaws, such as asymmetry, small bald spots and holes, visible stitching, visible glue, etc, etc.
I do my best to make my costumes structurally sound, comfortable, and visually appealing, but errors do happen.
-I do have a cat in my workspace and while I clean every suit before shipping, I cannot guarantee it will be allergen-free.
-If there are any errors in design or you do not like the look of part of the suit, please notify me immediately so it can be fixed before I continue work. If you agreed to a certain style or design previously and did not notify me of change in time, a fee to change it may incur.
-I do not work under deadlines. While I may provide an ETA, it is not guaranteed and is subject to change.
